We decided to make pancakes at nursery today , to celebrate Shove Tuesday ( a week late ). 

We made a shopping list on Monday of all the ingredients we would need, so we would know what to get at the shops . 

We weighed out the flour, added one egg and stirred it all together. We then added the milk slowly. After another mix we had made some pouring batter. Mrs Lavocah then poured it into the frying pan . After a little while when the mixture had set, we counted to five and Mrs Lavocah tossed the pancake in the air and caught it.

We then had the fun job of choosing what we wanted to spread on the pancake and put some fruit on the top. Everyone enjoyed their pancakes.
