The children in our 3 Year Old Nursery have been learning about Oral Hygiene so we can look after our own teeth and keep them healthy and clean.   We talked about loosing our baby ‘milk teeth’ ready for our grown up teeth.  We read a story in Forest School about a tooth fairy called Twinkle.  She asked us for our help to collect the teeth and deliver them to each fairy house, which were hidden in Forest School.  Twinkle told us we could take one golden coin for each tooth. We touch counted the coins to find out how many we had collected altogether.  Then we decided to make some tooth fairy friends so that Twinkle didn’t feel so lonely and sad. We used leaves and flowers to create our own beautiful fairies
