This week our Three Year Old Nursery Children have enjoyed the traditional tale ‘The Three Little Pigs’. We have been learning about the different materials the pigs used to build their houses and decided to test which was the best. We went to Forest School to help the pigs build houses from straw, sticks and bricks.
We worked together as a team to build each house and then practised huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf to see which house was the strongest and which fell to the ground. We found out that the house made of bricks was the best just like in the story! 🐖 🐖🐖 🐺 🏠
