The children in Reception enjoyed blackberry picking in the school field this week as part of our learning about Autumn. We looked for the berries that were ripe and ready to be picked. We then washed the berries before following a recipe to make delicious blackberry crumble. We weighed and mixed our ingredients before putting the finished crumble in the oven to cook! It was delicious!
