After watching a dragon and lion parade in a Newcastle as part of our learning about Chinese New Year, Nursery enjoyed taking part in their own dragon dance. The children took it in turns to wear the dragons head and lead the dance or join behind using the dance ribbons. They moved together around the yard following each other to the rhythm of the Chinese dragon music 🐉
