This week as part of learning about Spring our Three Year Old Nursery children read the story ‘That’s not my Flower’ by Alice Hemming. We then learnt all about bees and how important they are to help flowers grow (and to make honey!) We decided to plant some sunflower seeds which will grow into bright yellow sunflowers which bees love. We then made our own sunflower art using yellow and brown objects. We are going to look after the sunflower seeds and watch them grow. We know that they need sunshine water fresh air space and time to help them grow
