The children in Year 2 have been learning a South African call and response song called ‘Hands Feet Soul’ We have learnt to sing the words in tune and to keep the pulse (rhythm) with percussion instruments to accompany the melody. This week we used a tuned instrument, the glockenspiel to accompany the melody. The children had to carefully follow the pattern of notes, in time to the music. This was their first attempt and pretty impressive! Well done Year 2 🌟 💫
