In year 3 this half term, we have been making Egyptian collars linked to our history topic. We have been sewing and have mastered the art of cross stitch and running stitch. Using a technique called appliqué , we have sewn our designs onto felt collars. We have talked about our designs and evaluated our completed work. The finished results were really eye catching and impressive!
