Yesterday our y6s took part in a dodgeball competition held at Temple Park.
Throughout the morning and afternoon, all of the children taking part displayed some fantastic teamwork, passion and resilience.
The children have been giving up their lunchtimes over the last couple of weeks to practice in preparation for the event.
One of our teams made it to the final of the competition, narrowly losing in an action packed match in a game high in quality from both teams.
As a result of finishing 2nd place, they have qualified for the county finals to represent South Tyneside in March!!
A great achievement. Well done to all of the year 6s for yesterdays efforts!!.
